The hardest habit for me is having confidence in myself. After I set a goal, I don't really know that I will be able to accomplish it until I see the end result. The easiest for me is teaching and mentoring. I learn an amazing amount by being a high school teacher.
I agree that I learn so much by being a high school teacher! By being both the GHS librarian and teaching Humanities to seniors, I am learning new things all the time. It takes a good bit of work to stay ahead of those Humanities kiddos, especially when we are doing philosophy!
